Managed, Supervised and took a major role in implementing an EnterpriseTelephony Call Center System CTI application for Canada Post. As a team lead of 3 engineers, we were in charge of architecting and implementing the solution for three remote call centers locations
Rewarded for the thorough research and analysis of the Telephony TAPI application analysis. By developing sets of centralized monitoring and analysis tools for remote servers, I was able to discover major defect in the 3rd party applications "memory Leak"
